We recently enjoyed a fantastic family vacation at the Schmittenhof, and it perfectly catered to our needs. The location is great for skiing, with easy access to the lift system, making it a hit with our kids eager to hit the slopes. After a day filled with snow, we loved cozying up in our spacious, well-designed room, which had a controllable heating system to keep us comfortable. Breakfast was varied and delicious, ensuring everyone left satisfied. The evening meals were a highlight too, thanks to Luigi's culinary skills. Sabine and Richard, both of the staff, were kind and always ready to help, making our stay feel welcoming. The hotel provided free summer tickets for local activities, which saved us quite a bit on family outings. We even enjoyed a lovely stroll along the lakeside promenade; the scenery is just incredible. Schmittenhof was a great base for our family adventures, and I'd definitely return!
